  1. Partial failure of the film guide groove:

The film cannot bite into the hot roller of the upper pillow packaging machine, or separate from the hot roller or uneven at both ends.

Reason one: The center of the film, guide groove, vertical sealing roller, and horizontal sealing roller is not in a straight line.

Reason two: The film guide groove is too inclined.

Reason three: The speed of the eccentric sprocket of the horizontal sealing heat roller is abnormal.

Adjustment method 1: Roll the vertical sealing pillow packaging machine to the right and turn the adjusting knob to increase the pressure. The thickness of the film is stretched. It should be noted that excessive stretching cannot seal.

Adjustment method 2: Reduce the pressure of the longitudinal heat sealing roller. If the pressure is too large, the film cannot be clamped in and may be squeezed out.

Adjustment method three: The amount of vertical sealing roller clamping is more than usual, generally 10MM should be clamped in 7MM.

Method 4 of adjustment: If the two ends are still uneven with the pillow packaging machine, bend the film beyond the guide groove on the side to bend it inward.

Adjustment method 5: There is an error in the centerline of the film guide groove, and it should be replaced if it is poorly manufactured.

2. The cutter part is faulty.

(1) The film cannot be cut:

Reason one: The gap between the moving knife and fixed knife is not adjusted well.

Adjustment method; there are two short tension bolts on the outside of the fixed knife and two long compression bolts on the outside of the fixed knife. When the blade of the moving knife is close to the fixed knife, the film is cut by the grinding of the two blades. The gap between the blades of the two-pillow packaging machine is 1/100MM. During the adjustment, the film is clamped and cut by hand while adjusting, and the cutter clutch should be disengaged during the adjustment.

The second reason: the cutter blade is damaged and damaged with a small oilstone, and the damage is repaired with a grinder.

Cause three: The cutter is not installed properly, the cutter clutch is poorly engaged, and the positioning key is disengaged.

Solution: Check each part carefully and re-tighten.

3. Failure of the horizontal sealing heat roller: bad sealing.

Cause: Poor thermal regulation, insufficient or uneven pressure of the push spring.

Adjustment method; the appropriate pressure and temperature should be selected according to the thickness and type of the packaging material used. If the sealing temperature is too high, the seal is white, the packaging film at the seal is easy to peel, and the pressure of each heat sealing roller depends on the push spring For adjustment, the temperature of the roller is controlled by the temperature controller to control the heating temperature of the heating rod. There are pressure adjustment buttons on the left and right sides of the horizontal sealing roller. Each adjustment button is composed of a plush pillow type packaging machine button and a pull button. If only the push-button is used, excessive pressure is applied to the heat roller, which is likely to cause poor sealing, so it should be appropriate. The push-button and the pull button are used, and the adjusting buttons are provided at two places of the horizontal sealing heat roller to prevent the uneven lateral force from being adjusted and used.

4. Failure of the turntable:

(1) The packaged object is mixed into the heat-sealed part.

Reason one: the bagging time and the heat sealing time are not coordinated

Solution: Two gears are connected to the turntable gear, and the two gears are pushed up to change the meshing so that the material does not fall during the sealing. The ideal time for the material is to put the particles into the bag after the horizontal sealing is completed and adjust Don’t change easily when appropriate.

The second reason: the packaging speed is too fast, the material falling time is long and the material is clamped, and the packaging speed is appropriately reduced.

(2) The cutting time has been adjusted and is abnormal again.

Cause: The turntable is poorly fixed, the keys and fixing screws are loose, or the fixing position is not correct, and the switch in the turntable is poorly opened and closed.

Repair and adjustment: fix the turntable in the correct position of the pillow packing machine, and fix the keys and screws again. Adjust the opening and closing mechanism of the switch to the correct position and fix the switch. In addition, when loading powders with very small particles or mixtures with very different specific gravities, bagging takes a long time, which causes the powder to bite into the sealing part. At this time, the packaging speed should be slowed down slightly to make it rotate. To suit the performance of the packaged materials.

5. Electrical part failure

(1) The current of the heat sealing roller is too large or the fuse is blown

Cause: There is a short circuit in the electric heater or a short circuit in the heat seal circuit.

(2) The heat sealing roller is not hot

Cause: One heating wire is blown, two fuses are blown, and three temperature control is faulty. At this time, set different temperatures, and the traffic light does not jump.

(3) The temperature cannot be controlled automatically, the temperature is too high

The first reason is that the thermocouple and the roller are in poor contact or damaged. The second reason is that the temperature controller is faulty.

(4) The photoelectric position is not accurate

Reason 1: The fuse of the controller is broken, or there is an internal fault.

Reason two: The packaging paper is not installed properly so that the bidding center does not pass the center of the photoelectric aperture.

Reason three: There is dirt on the photoelectric head.

Reason four: The sensitivity knob is not adjusted properly.

6. Failure of the mechanism itself

(1) Some institutions cannot be started:

Reason one: The motor and wiring are broken: Connect the broken wire, if the motor is faulty, replace the motor.

Reason two: blown fuse: replace the fuse with equivalent amperage.

Reason three: the screws and keys of the gears are loose: re-tighten the keys of the loose screws, starting from the motor and checking in the order of transmission.

Reason four: Foreign objects fall into the gears and other rotating parts. At this time, the motor produces abnormal sounds. If it is not handled in time, the motor is easy to burn and remove the foreign objects.

Reason five: foreign objects fall into the pillow of the pillow packaging machine, the two blades are too tight: remove the foreign objects, and when the two blades are too tight, the gap should be increased appropriately.

(2) The horizontal sealing heat roller does not rotate

Cause: The bearing part of the heat roller is not filled with oil, which causes burnout and lock-up, and the gear fixing lock ring and key are disconnected: the heat roller should be filled with oil and the gear fixing lock ring and the key should be re-tightened.
