Solution: You can increase the replenishment amount or close the small ball valve again, reset the filling time (lengthen the filling time), and slow down the filling speed to solve the problem.
Trouble problem: If the digital dial or unit is adjusted, the time does not change.
Solution: At this time, turn off the power and reconnect the power.
Trouble problem: If you encounter the problem of sufficient feed in the trough, the liquid level is also stable, and the filling volume is not accurate.
Solution: There may be debris blocking the filling channel. Check the entrance of the trough or in the filling mouth, and clean the debris.
Trouble problem: If you encounter the problem of dripping after shutting down and stopping liquid filling.
1. The orifice of the filling nozzle may be damaged. The filling nozzle can be removed to trim the orifice. The diameter of the orifice cannot be greater than 7.5mm. After repairing the aperture, gently smooth the surface of the orifice on the water sandpaper.
2. The ball valve in the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Fault problem: If the material is not filled after touching the material injection switch, the digital indicator LED of the time relay does not flash.
Solution: It may be that the injection switch is damaged or the time relay base is loose. Replace the injection switch of the same model or press the time relay base tightly.
Fault problem: If the material is not filled after touching the material injection switch, the digital LED indicator of the time relay flashes.
1. Check whether there is air pressure or whether the pressure is too low. If it does not meet the air pressure requirements, we must adjust it in time and start to observe.
2. If the air pressure meets the requirements, it may be that the solenoid valve coil is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by the stolen goods. You can unplug the power supply, open the board, use the object to rotate, or press the button next to the solenoid valve coil if the valve can be reversed Action means that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If the direction cannot be changed, the valve core is stuck. You can replace the solenoid valve coil or disassemble the valve for repair.

The liquid filling machine fills liquid. The container of the Liquid Filling Machine must be kept clean. The filling container used must be strictly inspected and cleaned, and the liquid after filling must not be contaminated, otherwise it Will cause serious hidden dangers to product quality.
Keep the liquid filling equipment pipeline clean. All pipelines, especially those indirect or direct contact with materials, must be kept clean. They must be scrubbed weekly, water must be drained every day, and sterilized each time; ensure that the filling equipment is clean, and the material tank must be scrubbed and sterilized, To ensure that the parts in contact with the material are free of dirt and bacteria.
During the production process, the biological stability and sterilization of the bottled liquid must be ensured. Control the sterilization time and temperature, avoid too long sterilization time or high temperature, reduce liquid oxidation, and cool down as soon as possible after sterilization so that the temperature does not exceed 35°C.
It is worth noting that low-temperature filling is a requirement for liquid filling. Generally, liquids are not prone to produce foam in a low-temperature environment, which is conducive to filling.
Before each operation of the filling equipment, 0-1℃ water should be used to reduce the temperature of the filling equipment tank and conveying pipe. When the filling temperature exceeds 4℃, the temperature should be lowered first, and then the filling operation should be carried out. Use the heat preservation tank and constant temperature filling to keep the material at a certain constant temperature within the specified time of filling, so as to avoid the unstable operation of the filling equipment due to excessive temperature changes.
In addition, the filling equipment is isolated from other equipment, the lubrication part of the filling equipment and the filling material part should be prevented from cross-contamination, and the conveyor belt should be lubricated with special soapy water or lubricating oil.
