The filling machine shall have:
These machines have a self - priming pump with a vertical suction capacity of 6 meters (in high suction), with a considerable horizontal suction range. All pumps are equiped with 1.5 CV motors.
They can supply a maximun flow of 2.000 low viscosity liquids , which is reduced to about 1300 litrs per hour with high viscosity liquids, provided they are not close to their solidification temperature.
The flow recommended for highest accuracy of filling is from 1000 to 1200 litres per hour per tap and pump, depending on the type of vessel.
They are installed by simply connecting then to the single -phase mains supply (220 volts with earh) .
The pump motors have thermal circuit-breakers to protect them from overloads.
The suction pump is connected to a flexible tube of 40 or 50mm diameter, depending on the model, with screw terminals or clamps to the supply tank, which need to be raised.
If this tank is below the level of the machine, it will be necessary to install a retaining or anti-return valve, and an AA (high suction pump).
All these machines features a stainless steel mesh safety filter, easy to clean, which prevents the entry of solid particles, in accordance with current regulations.
Just press the button, and the mchine will immediately fill the jar with the programmed quantity. Pedal operation is available. These have automatic filling programs.
If you want to avoid time wasted in changing jars , you can install two spouts and one pump thus considerably increasing productivity.
You can program a number of jars to be filled, and the machine will indicate when it has finished.
The machine have many functions foe effective control of production, of litres ans kilos filled.
This machine can at the same time fill jars of the sme or of different capacities and shapes.
